Jeremy & Natasha {TTD} – Natchitoches, LA

These Images I took a little over a year ago in Louisiana. We used to live in Fort Polk, LA for about 8 months, and I have to admit the first few months I just wanted to get out of there, but Louisiana and it’s people grew on me. So much so, that I miss those days.

Jeremy and Natasha wanted some pictures done, and we did a “Trash the dress” without the trashing of the dress. So maybe it’s a day after session. Also not really because when these Images were taken, they have  already been married for over a year. I guess this session can’t really be labeled. The only thing I can say about this day is, these two were great. They were so willing to do whatever I told them to. I have sweet memories of them.

Location : Natchitoches, Louisiana

Ps. I almost forgot to mention. This was my first session with a Tilt-Shift. I also never used it again after this, until  now. #Weird.

Meg Borders Oh man... these are breathtaking. If I could have my wedding photos redone, I would want this shoot! Well done Adele! Yuriy Wow, Adele, you killed it. These are awesome. Great job with the tilt shift as well. MOM Ek verlang vandag so na julle!!!!! Wens jy was naby!!! Goeie werk nooi!!! Michelle Moore I LOVE your work! We need to grab a cup of coffee sometime soon! xoxo Cathy Gorgeous session! I'm totally in love with the shot of them through the window.

Eugene & Vanessa {Wedding} – South Africa

One Saturday morning I woke up and my good friend Rensche Mari invited me to photograph a wedding with her in Pretoria, South Africa. I was extremely excited and honored to be shooting with Rensche as we have been friends for about 8 years now and never photographed a Wedding together. I was also slightly nervous (sssshhh don’t tell Rensche) as Rensche has more than 60 weddings under her belt and me being a newbie this was set to be an exciting day.

Please read the complete post and see Rensche’s version (click here)

Thank you to Eugene and Vanessa for having such an amazing wedding and welcoming me to be apart of their beautiful day.

sergio vincenzo mottola wow, absolutely killer. mom Sjoe, dit is baie mooi!!! Die plek waar die foto's geneem is!!!! Ek sal graag wou sien wat kom uit as jy en Rensche n jaar saamwerk!!! Rensche van Dyk Absolutely stunning, it was so fun shooting with you, Eugene & Vanessa. We will have to do do a wedding again soon.

M.C & Leanie {Wedding} South Africa

Meet my one and only big brother. Now many blog followers will find this surprising, as I do very few weddings. But I just could not resist blogging this beautiful, special wedding.

M.C is exactly 17 months older than me, we grew up on a farm and fortunately or unfortunately our interests were like night and day. M.C loves the bush, he was born to be in the field. Me on the other hand, I loved artsy things, not getting my hands dirty and not getting along with dust so much. *blush* I am/was a horrible farm girl.

Today M.C is my mother’s right hand, in fact I think he is more than her right hand. They work together and have a very successful potato farming business. On top of that, M.C has his own Semi Truck transport business, and a Hunting Safari business. Phew that’s way more than what I can juggle. M.C I know I am your little sister, but I am so proud of what you have accomplished in such a short period of time. Know, that no matter where I am in life, I admire you and love your more than you will ever know.

So the story continues when M.C met Leani. M.C + Leani = Loves the bush. Sister owns a camera and photographs the wedding in the bush. See ……… Perfect!! That’s the short version.

Leani you looked beautiful, your dress suited you perfectly. I am so happy that the 2 of you found each other. I hope that marriage is everything you have ever dreamed of. Remember to always love each other like you want to be loved.

Location: Tsekama, Limpopo Province – South Africa

Temperature that day : 104 degrees (phew)
